- Create preference for products that result in written specifications

- Product demonstrations and site visits
- Review projects out for bid to attain approvals

- Lunch and learn seminars/webinars for engineers and end users
- Provide speakers and present trade papers for trade associations
- In-shop training for water operators and contractors
3. Collaboration
- Extensive database of key customers in all territories
- Project tracking and follow-up
- Job site support for product installation and troubleshooting
- Volunteer involvement with trade associations
4. Communication
- E-mail blasts/newsletters targeted to customers and specifiers
- Website with links to principals
- Attend and exhibit at trade association conferences (two per state minimum)
- Cell phone with email capability
